The cuisine of Italy includes a lot of meat and seafood. For vegetarians and vegans, we recommend reviewing the itinerary and inclusions to ensure that you will be able to fully participate and enjoy this trip. The primary means of transportation on this trip is by train. Trains are comfortable and all have toilets but can be quite busy. You'll have to carry your own luggage on and off the train, so make sure it doesn’t exceed our weight and size recommendations. You can find this information in the 'Packing' section of the Essential Trip Information.

Don’t let the heat keep you from exploring the world! Summer temperatures can be extreme in many of the regions visited (over 40°C), which can be uncomfortable. It’s essential to use sun protection, wear layers to combat the heat and drink plenty of water. Please carefully consider the time of the year you wish to travel and your suitability to that season.

I highly reccomend this trip, Venice is interesting but the best parts of the trip start after that.
The cooking class was a lot of fun, and we made the best pasta I tasted during the entire trip.
Tuscany is amazing, one the leaders hardest task was to get us to leave there.
You will not regret this trip.

This experience was absolutely incredible, fast-paced and a lot of walking but we got to experience so many amazing things and places I wouldn’t have thought to see if I had planned this trip alone. Also had wonderful group mates!

This tour was amazing! Arianna was an incredible leader and was so knowledgeable and kind. I experienced more than I could ever have expected. If you’re questioning if this is the trip for you: do you like Italian food? Do you want to relax in a pool overlooking the vineyards of Tuscany, staying on site at a winery? Then you should book this tour! The pasta class is incredible. The cheese and vinegar tours are so cool. 10/10 would recommend.

I would 10/10 recommend this trip for any foodie out there who wants to travel. It was a great balance of sight seeing and local cuisine. Hands on cooking class to modern production of cheese and historical production still used to this day making Balsamic vinegar, and so much more! It truly is a mouth watering holiday

This is an excellent trip for all the foodies out there. Not only do you eat where the locals eat, you also get to understand the culture, the people, and the landscapes that shape each meal. I have a renewed appreciation for Italy thanks to this wonderfully planned trip!

What a fantastic trip across Italy, our guide Sebastian provided a great balance of food and historical information of the regions as we travelled. Our small group was wonderful, hoping to catch up again sometime soon with new friends.
