Why you’ll love this trip
See a different side of Morocco by bike on two guided cycling trips where you’ll get closer to authentic Morocco, off the beaten tracks through Amazigh villages and among fruit and nut trees.
Descend out of the mountains along a former caravan route into the historic fortified oasis of Ait Benhaddou – if this place looks familiar it’s probably because you’ve seen it on the silver screen!
Ride a camel across shifting sand dunes in Erg Chebbi at sunset, then take a night desert walk and camp in a tent under the amazing North African stars.
Hike among the towering red gorges and lush green palms of Todra Valley, passing sheer red-hued cliffs and narrow passes.
Start and end your trip in colourful Marrakech and discover the Djemaa el-Fna square and winding alleys with a local leader who knows all the secrets.

I signed up for this trip because I wanted an active itinerary, but I ended up falling in love with Morocco too. The trip provided so much knowledge about the country, its people, and their culture. My group was a great mix of people, and I felt safe and supported the whole time.

Amazing trip! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his country and its history. He took us to a ton of local spots that I wouldn’t have found if I traveled independently.

This was one of the greatest experiences that I have had. The trip involved challenging hikes, cycling, walks with views of nature to match. Also, the food and culture was spectacular. This trip would not be the same without our guide Mohamed Inti!

Hicham Bouhrazen was the most fantastic guide. He made everyday interesting and fun, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. I loved everyday, felt safe, looked after and cared for. You could ask him anything, he would answer honestly and help you anyway he could. Amazing!!

I'm still buzzing from my recent trip to Morocco! What an amazing experience, far exceeding my expectations. Our Tour Leader, Hicham Bouhrazen, was just outstanding. He provided us with convenient Wi-Fi everywhere we went and unlimited access to bottled water, which was amazing! Hicham entertained us with his extensive local knowledge of the culture and lifestyle of the Amazigh people (Berbers). He took us to many additional attractions not included in the itinerary, answered all our questions, and was a great companion throughout the whole trip. We honestly cannot praise him enough. The trip itself was packed with nothing but the best: Bike Trips through the Atlas Mountains: We enjoyed magnificent views as we cycled through the rugged terrain. Hiking Adventures: We had two great hiking trips where we met Amazigh people living up in the mountains. Their hospitality and stories were truly inspiring. Camel Rides and the Sahara Desert: Riding camels and witnessing the perfect sunset in the Sahara was an unforgettable experience. I left part of my soul there. UNESCO World Heritage Site - Ait Benhaddou: This ancient fortified village was a highlight, with its stunning architecture and rich history. Local Carpet Shop Visit: We had the opportunity to experience the full process of handmade carpet creation and purchase unique pieces. Overall, the trip was just amazing!

This is one of the best trips I have ever taken. Cycling and walking through breathtaking environments. Led by phenomenal guide who always assured our safety, shared his encyclopaedic knowledge of Morocco with great passion and good humour. Everyday there was something new and great to see the positive work Intrepid are doing to support women and girls in Morocco.
