Trip Informations
Why you’ll love this trip
Immerse yourself with the sights and smells of buzzing Delhi as you walk through the colourful markets and bazaars and feast on street chaats (Indian snacks like fried flatbread).
Tick an iconic sight off your list and see the Taj Mahal in the glowing morning light. This UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the Wonders of the World and you’ll see why!
Explore the depths of Ranthambhore National Park – it’s like the Jungle Book has been brought to life! Keep your eyes peeled for gazelle, antelopes and the stealthy Bengal tiger during two game drives.
Discover the traditional and vibrant city of Jaipur on walking tours with your local leader, and see why it’s known as the ‘Pink City’.
Experience a special stay in a 17th-century palace in Alsisar – with its grand courtyards and arcades, you (and the kids!) will feel like royalty.
Is this trip right for you?
This trip involves some long bus and train rides, which can be tiring but offer a quintessential experience of the Indian landscape and people.
We visit several temples on this trip, which requires a certain level of modesty. Please bring clothes that cover the arms and pants/skirts that go past the knees. A light scarf is also a good idea for covering shoulders and arms when it’s hot.
Itinerary
Take the family to India’s north, where you can see the Taj Mahal and try to spot tigers in a national park
Grab the whole family and head out on an unforgettable adventure through India’s north – a place full of colours, delicious food and wow-worthy landscapes. Eat lots of curry and naan in Delhi, stroll through the Pink City of Jaipur and explore the depths of the lush Ranthambhore National Park. Of course, no visit to India is complete without the Taj Mahal – an epic monument to love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World! With plenty of cultural highlights for the adults and heaps of exciting activities for the kids, this trip is bound to inspire the whole tribe!

We had a wonderful time on this trip and can’t thank Ahbi and the team enough. Historical sites and accomodation, including the literally jaw dropping Taj, are just a part of it but moreover what was great was spending time with some lovely families who all just wish to just open up our eyes more to how others live, which is so very different to our own. The trip for us was great as it also had some time to stop from the grind of travel to play cricket, badminton and even fly a kite which helped with long travel days at least for me. I highly recommend this trip for those with children who want to see these historic sites in a short time

We took this trip as a family of 4 (children aged 15 and 12) and we all loved it! It was the children’s first time in India and they really got a taste for the country during the 10 days. Pardeep our tour leader was amazing and we always felt in safe hands. I’d recommend this trip to everyone wanting to pack a lot of India onto 10 days.

The tour was immaculate our guide was organised and knew loads of interesting facts. The bus drivers were in a league of they’re own, the superb driving skills they showed were up there with F1 racers.
